I’m buying gig tickets for my friend’s christmas present from the Corporation Sheffield, I wanted to know whether you have to pay the booking fee if you don’t buy online?
I know you don’t have to pay booking fee when you go to the box office at O2 Academy. You just pay the ticket price.. I was wondering if this is the same for Corporation.

Do you think these people sell tickets for a laugh? Are they some fairy-tale charity who just whisk a magic wand and a magical ticket appears in a magical, glittery cloud? This is real life you know. These tickets have to be organised, distributed, SOLD… that keeps people in jobs, and costs money.

You may actually find that different organisations charge different amounts for their ‘booking fee’ – it may be cheapest online.

me and my two friends have recently started our own girl band and we don’t know were we can get gigs and out to the public besides you tube because we really want this to work out for us we have a passion for music and we want to get our goals ,moving so if anyone knows any were in Toronto were we can get a gig some were or anywhere were we can send a demo safely without getting ripped off and stuff or if u have any other helpful suggestions please don’t hesitate to let us know your help of any sort is appreciated thanxs

Invest in recording equipment and record at your house. Be your own producer and mixer. Not only will you get the sound you are going for, you also won’t have to deal with paying people to make you sound different than you intend.

Contact bars, clubs, etc and see if they will let you play there for part of the door prices that night.

Make your own fliers and get a street team together to promote yourself.

The less involved other people are, the better it will be in the end. If you are good, someone will notice.

It depends really, I probably wouldn’t say no more than £4. But i’d probably put £25 on your card just to be on the safe side.

which is the best site to use for buying tickets to concerts/gigs at the major arenas like manchester,o2,nec etc?and once you have bought the tickets does the website give you a paper prirntout to give the entrance staff or do they just send you the tickets?

These are the songs they played when i went to see them, they are amzing you will have an amazing time, if you can try and get to the front because they ask some of the crowd to go onstage to sing Kings & Queens, its the best gig i have ever been too

Ive been seeing this guy for 5-6 months & i knew fromt he start he is a musician, he be doing gigs and tour cocnerts.. and i am aware of that he is busy like a LOT!. but me i have trust isues but i try my best to trust him cuz i love him. and now he thinks its better if we should just be friends cuz he couldnt focus on his music cuz of relationship and arguments. and that he see that i am always sad and needs a lot fo attention. He said that all he wants is for me to be happy and now it hurts me that he just wanna be friends, i mean i dont know what to do or think.. in my mind… i let him go cuz i love him and wondering if he ever love me… would he ver come back. cuz i kno he is the right one for me. He’s a real great guy. He makes mehappy whenever i see him i get excited and for now i dont even feelike seeking some other guys . i am just busy working , being with my family and friends and studying.. and now im wondering did he really ever love me? will he veer come back.. if he do how will i know?

its difficult for people to except this but, sometimes loving someone means letting them go…he could see that you require more attention than what he could give, he could see that the relationship was affecting you both negatively & based on that he made his decision…it does not mean that he loved you less…

I know your heart if fighting against this, re-runs of how happy you where is running through your mind & you thinking "but we where so happy together, & he made me happy!!" but u need see things from his point of view…

he isn’t going to come back until is career is more stable & that may take years…its best to move on
